In 2016, an innovative production facility was launched at the Znamensky Sugar Plant - a molasses desugarization station. Here, an extract is produced from molasses from three sugar factories in the Tambov region for the subsequent production of sugar from it. The unique technology allows the Znamensky sugar plant to process
up to 305 tons of molasses per day.

Znamensky Sugar Plant is the first and so far the only plant in Russia that has received a certificate for the production of organic sugar.

Nikiforovsky sugar plant, located in the Tambov region, was put into operation in 1965. Over the years that have passed since the launch of the plant, a lot has changed at the enterprise. In the buildings of the plant, modern equipment was installed, which greatly
increased its capacity:

Since 2009, the Nikiforovsky Sugar Plant has been part of the Rusagro Group of Companies. The plant produces high-quality products, the enterprise is actively working on reconstruction and modernization, new technological schemes of production are being introduced.

In 1938, the Zherdevsky sugar factory, located in the Tambov region, produced its first sugar. Since 2001, Zherdevsky Sugar Plant has been part of the
Rusagro Group of Companies.

Today Zherdevsky Sugar Plant is one of the leading enterprises in the industry in the Tambov region. The business is seasonal. The main product in the processing of sugar beets is white sugar, which meets all the requirements of GOST 33222-2015. It is sold to factories and dealers. The company also produces dried granulated pulp, which is further used in the production of animal feed and feed mixtures for farm animals.

An impressive part of the sugar is produced in the Belgorod region, where one of the most technologically equipped enterprises of the agricultural holding, the Chernyansky Sugar Plant, is located. Chernyansky sugar plant was put into operation in 1964. Since 2009, the enterprise has been a part of the Rusagro Group of Companies. The production capacity of the enterprise allows processing up to 5,500 tons of beets per day.

In December 2019, an innovative production facility was launched - the Molasses Desugarization Station. Chernyanskaya SDM is the second in a row in the RUSAGRO group of companies, the third and largest in Russia. The design capacity of the station is 74 thousand tons of sugar, 20 thousand tons of betaine and
37 thousand tons of raffinate per year.

In 2020, the production of Pepsi European-quality sugar was launched at the Chernyansky Sugar Plant on the basis of an extract scheme.

Valuysky sugar plant, located in the Belgorod region, was put into operation in 1973. Since 1999, it has been part of the Rusagro Group of Companies. Over the years that have passed since the launch of the plant, a lot has changed at the enterprise. More modern equipment was installed in the plant buildings, which increased its production capacity to 5300 tons of beets per day.

Working at such capacities, the enterprise produces up to 90 thousand tons of beet sugar per season.

Sugar factory "Nika" (Volokonovsky sugar factory until 1993) was put into operation in 1954. In the 90s, the sugar factory made a noticeable leap forward, both in terms of production and social life, and became the flagship of the food industry in the Belgorod region.

Since 1998, the Nika sugar factory has been part of
the Rusagro Group of Companies.

The production capacity of the enterprise is 5,500 tons of beets per day. Working at such capacities, the enterprise produces up to 100 thousand tons of beet
sugar per season.

The company has a robotic packaging line. In 2022, a project was implemented to automate
the stick production line.

Krivets sugar factory is a city-forming enterprise in the Kursk region, which has been processing sugar beets and producing sugar for over 60 years. The plant was introduced commissioned in 1964.

The production capacity of the enterprise
is up to 6,000 tons of beets per day, which makes it possible to produce over 60,000 tons of beet
sugar per season.

Since 2021, the company has been implementing a large-scale investment project to create an automatic plant. Modernization of production will increase the efficiency of production facilities and reduce the number
of manual operations.

Kshensky Sugar Plant, located in the Kursk region, has a seventy-year history. The plant was commissioned in 1951. Since 2016, the company has been part
of Group of companies "Rusagro".

Today, the plant is undergoing a complete technical re-equipment, which began in 2016 as part of the Kshen 5000 project, which made it possible to increase the plant's capacity and process up to 5,000 tons
of sugar beets per day.

Working at such capacities, the enterprise produces up to 50 thousand tons of beet sugar per season.
